Additive Manufacturing Awards

SpaceX Kickass Award

Within my first 6 months on the Additive Manufacturing team at SpaceX, I earned the Kickass Award. This award is given to those who:

"Demonstrated ownership of their work and had direct influence on some positive aspect for the mission. Put out more effort than their peers and shows pride in their work. Moderate or more narrow organizational impact, and/or short to mid-term project beyond normal responsibilities."

Guinness World Record & Robohand

On December the 13th of 2014, I participated in a 24 hour print-a-thon. Our goal was to print over 200 biodegradable Robohands AND break the Guinness World Record for number of 3D printers running at the same time.

"The most 3D printers operating simultaneously is 159 and was achieved by Airwolf 3D (USA) at their premises in Costa Mesa, CA, USA on December 13th, 2014,"
